Come join
me in doing what I do best - viewing our training sessions from
a comfortable chair. I'm sitting on a High Point Donkey and I've
left a High Point Green for you.

It
has been Coffee Hollow's policy from the beginning to hire the
best trainers and handlers we could find for what we consider
our Foundation Stock. It is our belief that proving up foundation
stock in the show ring is a must. This gives our purchasers of
young stock a more than good reason to believe that their's can
do the same. From experience we have learned many lessons and
have assurance that good sportsmanship, performance bloodlines,
modern training methods, and perseverance can produce top winners
in all performance classes, both English and Western. Our many
halter blue ribbons attest to the fact that halter wins and performance
wins can come from the same animals. We are also certain that
inhumane practices and training methods for donkeys and mules
should be a thing of the past.
In
these photos you will find named some of the excellent people
we have used here in Texas and we thank each of them for their
contribution. The backbone of our operation, Jesse Cammacho, has
been the foreman at Coffee Hollow for 15 years and has had the
advantage of being with us since the beginning. He started all
of these animals on their show careers beginning with pulling
sleds and logs, graduating to carts and wagons, and going on to
riding and performance. You will find him in many of our Coffee
Hollow Photos.

Many
of the fabulous action shots have been taken by family friend
Cherine Beaver, professional photographer, artist and author of
children's books (also the proud owner of Coffee Hollow Hot Totty
below).

We
offer training services to purchasers of Coffee Hollow jackstock
(includes mules). Arrangements made by private treaty.
